Introduction
For anybody working in a care or support setting, “supervision” is a word that everyone is familiar with. Our Supervision & Group Facilitation course is specially designed for anyone who fulfils a supervisory or managerial role in their workplace, giving them the skills and knowledge needed to better connect with their staff and keep the heart of the workforce beating.
