Stress is an inevitable part of life, and while there’s no magical solution to make it vanish, our Stress Management & Workplace Assertiveness course is designed to give participants everything they need to minimise their own stress and conduct themselves with confidence in the workplace.

Learning Outcomes

  • To understand the triggers and physiological effects of stress on the body.
  • To identify healthy and unhealthy coping mechanisms of stress.
  • To encourage discussions around stress and implementations of stress-relieving strategies in the workplace.
  • To recognise different ways that we can safeguard ourselves and others from the negative impacts of stress.
  • To improve assertiveness in the workplace.
  • To identify ways in which assertiveness can be communicated through verbal speech and non-verbal body language.
