Introduction
This train the trainer course is an NCFE Customised qualification. This will enable you to run relationship and sex education sessions for the people you support and allow you to teach staff within your organisation (conditions apply).
Learning Outcomes
- To understand the safeguarding and legal aspects of Learning Disabilties and Sex.
- To know the boundaries in delivering this topic and where to access support.
- To recognise the barriers and strengths when teaching people with a learning disability.
- To be able to risk assess and adapt sessions dynamically.
