By accessing and using our website and services, including our face-to-face or online learning courses and consultation services (collectively, “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or Services.

2. Services Offered

We provide the following Services:

• Courses: Both face-to-face and online learning courses are designed to enhance your knowledge and skills in various subjects. 
• Consultation Services: Professional consultations are provided by our experts in the social care sector.

By purchasing or booking any of our Services, you agree to abide by the specific terms related to that Service, which may include eligibility requirements, course content, consultation scope, and completion criteria.

Any bookings via our regular customer contracts have their own terms of bookings via the policy link at the footer of any site page. 

3. Registration and Accounts

You may be required to register for an account to purchase and access our Courses or book Consultation Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Course and Consultation Fees

All fees for our Courses and Consultation Services are clearly displayed on our website. Fees must be paid in full prior to accessing any online materials, attending face-to-face sessions, or receiving consultation services. We accept payments through many different avenues such as card, direct debit, PayPal etc. All payments are processed securely, and your payment information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Booking and Availability

• Courses: The availability of Courses is subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any Course due to insufficient enrolment or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative arrangements or refunds where applicable.
• Consultation Services: Consultations are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability of consultants is subject to change, and we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel consultations as needed. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative arrangements or refunds where applicable.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Online Courses: If you wish to cancel your enrolment in an online course, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
• Face-to-Face Courses: Cancellations made 30 days prior to the course start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund, or only a part refund or may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Consultation Services: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled consultation for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may incur a 50% cancellation charge.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided as part of our Courses and Consultation Services are the intellectual property of AreYou – Training and Consultancy CIC or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide high-quality Services; however, we do not guarantee specific results from our Courses or Consultation Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AreYou – Training and Consultancy CIC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
