Do you have a child or adult child who might be presenting with behaviours that would be deemed sexually inappropriate or you are worrying how to have conversations about sex and relationships with them due to fear of impulsivity or risk taking. 

Our staff are here to support you with these conversations so that you are armed with a supportive, evidence based backing. Children with Neuro Disabilities are more likely to not attend RSE in schools or have less information than their peers, making the responsibility be put onto parents or caregivers for these topics. It can be a fearful place when you are not sure where to start or how to keep them safe as they are approaching periods in their life where relationships are starting to become important for them. Alternatively, are they in a relationship that is potentially not safe or healthy and you are unsure how to approach it. 

We offer 2 sessions a month, one for meeting other parents in the same situation, taking away the taboo and judgement of having these conversations with others, reducing your isolation as a parent trying to navigate this area. We also offer an educative session where we can share resources and aids that are available for you to use and share with your child/adult child to either back up conversations they are having with you, socially, at school or within our education sessions.
